Practical Thermodynamics for Process Engineer

This one day course is designed for those who are familiar with using VMGSim and are interested in learning more about thermodynamics. The course will cover material ranging from basic thermodynamic principles to more specific concepts. Hands-on examples in VMGSim will be used to reinforce the concepts and demonstrate how the individual topics. Specific topics covered in the course will include:
- Property Package Selections
- Interaction Coefficient Determination
- Understanding the Thermodynamic Space
- Flash calculations
- Dew point calculation
- Mixing Effects
The cost for this one-day course is CAN$ 450.00 (plus 5% GST) and requires that you bring a laptop. We will provide the use of VMGSim for the duration of the course.
