Gerald Jacobs is the director and founder of 3rdPhase, LLC. 3rdPhase is one of the original VMG Associate franchises and has been running VMG's business in the US since December 2003.
Gerald is a VMG shareholder and serves on the Boards of Directors of VMG, Inc. He is a Chemical Engineer (Texas A&M University Biochemistry 1977, and University of Houston Chemical Engineering 1981) and brings over 25 years of experience in technical software sales, support, and marketing to VMG and his US operation. Prior to starting 3rdPHase, Gerald held a variety of senior positions in process simulation software companies, including seventeen years at Hyprotech Ltd.
The US operation is exclusively responsible for sales, marketing, and technical support of VMG softwares throughout the USA. In addtion to the core software offerings, 3rdPhase provides process simulation training, and process modeling services.
