Virtual Materials Group USA, Inc
The USA operation is headquartered in Houston, Texas and is responsible for sales, marketing, and technical support of VMG software throughout the USA. In addition to VMG’s core software offerings, the USA operation provides process simulation training, and process modeling services.
The USA operation became wholly-owned by Virtual Materials Group in June, 2011 and is headed up by Gerald Jacobs, Executive Vice President. Prior to June, 2011 the US Operation was independently operated and owned by 3rdPhase, LLC.
Gerald is a Chemical Engineer (Texas A&M University Biochemistry 1977, and University of Houston Chemical Engineering 1981) and has over 25 years of experience in technical software sales, support, and marketing. Gerald has held a variety of senior positions in process simulation software companies, including seventeen years at Hyprotech Ltd.
